Outlet Quality Associate - Culver City Outlet

Summary The Outlet Quality Associate executes maintenance and housekeeping initiatives to ensure the outlet meets quality, safety, and operational standards. This role plans, coordinates, and performs preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance across building systems and operational assets. The associate works closely with the outlet team to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations Ensure upkeep and functionality of the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards Requirements Demonstrated commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair activities Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Capacity to execute effectively in a fast‑paced environment Physical ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and other physical tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
