About the Role:
As a Case Manager at Rodriguez Law Firm, you will play a pivotal role in managing personal injury cases from start to finish. You’ll ensure that every case detail is handled with precision while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. This position offers advancement opportunities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Handle personal injury cases from intake to disbursement, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Client Interaction: Conduct client intakes, maintain regular communication, and ensure high client satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Medical Coordination: Connect clients with medical providers, compile medical records and bills, and manage medical treatment plans.
• Document Preparation: Draft Letters of Representation (LORs) and Letters of Protection (LOPs), file claims, and ensure timely case documentation in Litify.
• Negotiation: Negotiate with medical providers to verify balances and reduce costs for clients.
• Case Resolution: Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to prepare demand letters and manage cases ready for settlement or disbursement.
• Reporting and Task Management: Use Litify to track tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in case documentation and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• An outgoing, self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• A quick learner who thrives in a fully digital environment—fast typing skills are a plus!
• Previous experience in case management or personal injury law is preferred, but a formal paralegal degree/certificate is not required.
• High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
