Area Sales Manager – HealthcareWe're seeking a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Albuquerque and Las Cruces markets. You'll partner with Program Directors and Regional Sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, manage community liaison teams, and expand our patient census in your territory.Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Territory: Albuquerque and Las Cruces Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Travel: Minimum 70% of time in assigned territoryKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage community liaisons, ensuring they're equipped and focused on engaging target accounts effectivelyProvide hands-on training and ongoing support to empower team members with the skills and knowledge to excelGenerate regular reports on sales metrics, visit frequency, referrals, and KPIs for the regionAssist in recruiting and hiring community liaison staff for open and growth positionsStay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices in sales strategiesDrive growth in local and regional patient censusWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (preferred)Minimum 4 years of healthcare sales or community liaison experience (hospice preferred)Minimum 2 years of management experienceDemonstrated knowledge of hospice regulationsProven success in growing patient censusValid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportationCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $110,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) matching program15 days PTO + 10 holidaysTuition reimbursement and certification assistanceWellness and discount programsCell phone, mileage, and gym membership reimbursementWhy Join UsWe're a mission-driven, patient-centered leader in end-of-life care.
