This isn’t that. We’re looking for an experienced medical scheduler who also enjoys being a steady, go-to presence for a small team . You’ll be on the phones scheduling patients and handling referrals just like the rest of the team , while also helping keep the day running smoothly. This is a working lead role , not a disciplinary supervisor position. Formal write-ups and performance actions are handled by an off-site manager — your role is support, guidance, and leadership by example.
