This position partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and IT teams to improve performance, support strategic decision-making, and enhance efficiency through data-driven analysis and reporting.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and supply chain data from ERP systems and other business applications to support operational and financial objectivesDevelop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, schedule attainment, inventory performance, supplier delivery, material availability, scrap reduction, and overall operational effectivenessIdentify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities within manufacturing and procurement processesEvaluate production schedules, capacity utilization, labor productivity, and equipment performance to support operational planning and resource optimizationMonitor inventory levels and material availability to balance service requirements and inventory investmentAssess supplier performance through analysis of quality, delivery, lead times, cost competitiveness, and other key metricsSupport procurement initiatives through spend analysis, sourcing insights, supplier scorecards, and purchasing trend reportingDevelop forecasting models for inventory demand, production capacity, and procurement planningCreate and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and business reports using Power BI, Excel, ERP reporting tools, and other business intelligence platformsDeliver routine and ad hoc reporting for Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership teamsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and alignment of operational metricsIdentify data quality issues and recommend process improvements that enhance reporting reliability and business performanceProvide analytical support for Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiativesAssist with ERP reporting enhancements, testing activities, user acceptance processes, and system improvement initiativesEstablish standardized reporting processes, documentation, and governance practices to improve organizational visibility and decision-makingPresent findings, recommendations, and performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersMust HavesBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience in operations analytics, manufacturing analytics, procurement analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical roleExperience working with ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platformsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex data analysis functionsExperience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or comparable business intelligence toolsStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, MRP, procurement, and supply chain processesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insightsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyNice to HavesWorking knowledge of SQL and database conceptsExperience supporting Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiativesExperience developing forecasting and predictive analytics modelsFamiliarity with supplier performance management and strategic sourcing analyticsExperience supporting ERP system enhancements, testing, or reporting development projectsProfessional certifications related to analytics, supply chain, operations, or continuous improvementWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus potential4 weeks of PTO plus paid holidaysComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchA collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvementOpportunities for career growth within a global technology leaderUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
