Assistant ManagerOur Assistant Managers are responsible for maintaining our restaurants exceptionally clean and well run. He or she will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations and in managing the restaurant staff. This includes executing the Wendy's operating system and company policies. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must, as well as people motivation and business acumen.As the Assistant Manager, you will work in a fast paced restaurant environment allowing your leadership skills to grow.
