Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
