Pay Rate: Up to $61/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available on day 1, 401k and more!ICU RN *mainly a trauma/burn ICU but will get medical and cardiac overflow patients- Shifts: 12hr, 1900-0730Job Summary:Provides intensive care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and interventions.Key Responsibilities:Assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and histories.Administer medications, set up IVs, perform diagnostics, and manage wounds.Monitor patients and respond to emergencies promptly.Collaborate with the care team and educate patients/families.Document care and maintain records per hospital policy.Requirements:RN license in state of assignment. Minimum 2-year(s) exp.BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS required. TNCC and TNS preferredExperience in medical-surgical units preferred.Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.Work Environment & Demands:Will work every other weekendHospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
