Facility Maintenance Facility Maintenance Phoenix, AZ Facility Maintenance Tech Location: Shift: Full time, day shift Responsibilities: Facilities maintenance A/C’s typical routines Installations or factory needs Electrical fixes, and lighting replacements Basic Plumbing Roof leaks Preventative Maintenance Facility Upkeep General maintenance Basic Qualifications: Basic mechanical skills Knowledge of hand tools and industrial tools Experience with electrical, mechanical and plumbing preferred Strong work ethic and self motivated Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects, up to 35 lbs. More with assistance. Ability to stand or walk the majority of the shift. Bend, kneel, stoop, squat as needed for tasks.
