Systems Support Specialist
Our client, a dynamic organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Systems Support Specialist to join their team. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT services that support staff and operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Sacramento, California
Pay Range: up to $29 per hour
What's the Job?
- Assist with workstation deployments and hardware setup to ensure efficient technology operations.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including user account management and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate hardware lifecycle activities, including inventory management and equipment replacement.
- Maintain reliable technology services that support airport staff operations and safety.
What's Needed?
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 applications.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift, carry, move, and install computer equipment and peripherals up to 50 pounds.
- Physical ability to perform bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in confined spaces.
- Availability to work on-site five days per week at the specified location.
