Schedule Day shift, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Trauma ICU RN to provide exceptional patient care in a Level I Trauma facility. You will be responsible for monitoring critically ill patients, administering necessary interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Trauma ICU. Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and neurological status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Manage ventilator settings and care for ventilated patients. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic charting system. Float as needed to ICU, IMC, and Tele units. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years experience in a critical care setting, preferably in a Trauma ICU. Current RN license in state of employment. Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. PALS and TNCC certifications preferred. Epic charting experience is required.
