Registered Nurse

This position follows the Trio WFS clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hoursvia phone and text where applicablewith decisions typically made the same day or by the next business day. Applicants who have negative background or employment history are not eligible for the same processing timeline.

The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines. Directs, coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient/family centered care.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
2. Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
3. Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
4. Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
5. Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

***Facility would like clinician to commit to picking up at least 2 shifts per month.*** Requirement description:

• 2+ Year of Experience in Med/Surg or Similar Specialties - [Required]
• BLS (AHA or ARC) - [Required] [Document]
• 1 Year of Experience in a Trauma Level I or II Facility - [Required]
• Prior Travel Experience - [Preferred]
• Cerner EMR Experience - [Highly Preferred]

Upon Submission:

1. AHSA will review and deem a clinician's application eligible/ineligible for an offer
2. Offer will be made to agency
3. Once Offer Acceptance is received, AHSA will send confirmation details to the facility
4. Facility will have 48 business hours to "name clear" clinician eligible for work
5. AHSA will inform agency that the clinician has been "name-cleared" & is ready to start compliance
