We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for two full-time, in-person school-based openings in Southwest Houston, TX . These positions provide the opportunity to work with diverse student populations while supporting communication growth in both academic and functional settings.
At Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC , we are therapist-owned and therapist-led, meaning we understand the importance of support, collaboration, and work-life balance for clinicians in the school setting.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Supportive and collaborative campus teams
What You'll Do
Provide Comprehensive School-Based Services
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Conduct bilingual evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Support students with a variety of communication needs
Collaborate With School Teams
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Help support student success across academic and functional settings
Build Meaningful Relationships
- Maintain consistent campus-based support
- Develop strong connections with students, staff, and families
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative school environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- ASHA CCCs preferred
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
