Tribal Members or Citizens of other Federally Recognized Tribes shall have second preference following the same criteria, followed by any other applicants.QualificationsAssociate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (Bachelor's degree preferred)ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification requiredActive Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required2–3 years of experience as a CLS or MLT in a hospital laboratory settingPrevious medical or clinical laboratory experience requiredExperience in rural or underserved healthcare settings preferredPrior Indian Health Services (IHS) or tribal healthcare experience preferredPhlebotomy experience preferredFamiliarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemsMust be a U.S. citizenMust be able to pass Federal Security ClearanceImmunization records required
