As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Bowling Green, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and report unauthorized activity or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
