Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join a Minnesota-based medical device company dedicated to the development and commercialization of biologic products that enhance the body's healing process. This company specializes in creating collagen-based scaffolds that aid in tissue repair and regeneration, particularly focusing on complex wounds and soft tissue reinforcement. The role is a 6-month contract, covering for upcoming team leaves, with potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a shared customer service inbox daily.
• Review incoming orders, organize them, and assign order numbers.
• Accurately enter order details into the ERP system, preferably QAD.
• Retrieve product information and coordinate order fulfillment through the shipping system.
• Carefully review and validate all order entries before finalizing.
• Prepare and package orders, including generating and applying shipping labels.
• Process customer-submitted usage forms and support billing-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, for order transfers or billing adjustments.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of customer service, data entry, or light accounting experience.
• Strong go-getter personality.
• Ability to learn independently and work autonomously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with QAD or any large ERP is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite position from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and an hour for lunch. The contract runs through the end of the year, with a strong possibility of being hired permanently based on performance. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
