Join us in making a positive impact on the well-being of our community!Responsibilities:Provide psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management for residents.Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to design, implement, and assess treatment plans.Regularly visit assigned long-term care facilitiesMinimum Job Requirements:Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in accordance with the state of Ohio.Hold a degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at the level needed to assess and prescribe medication collaboratively with a psychiatrist as determined by the State Board of Nursing.Board Certified.Psychiatric experience required.Geriatric experience preferred.Active DEA required.Job Types: Part-time, Contract.
