About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Construction Projects Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and scheduling commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with site conditions and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting notes.
• Support compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor site activities and provide updates to leadership on productivity and potential risks.
• Facilitate problem-solving and ensure issues are addressed promptly to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial construction coordination or project support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, scheduling software).
• Knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
