The Medical Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Huntsville, AL. This role involves supporting physicians and clinical staff, preparing exam rooms, taking vital signs, updating medical histories, drawing blood samples for testing and transfusions, and assisting with examinations. Daily responsibilities include managing patient flow, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring that clinical supplies and equipment are properly stocked and sanitized. The Medical Assistant also performs administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and communicating test results as directed. This position requires consistent, professional interaction with patients, families, and staff while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to practice policies.
