Essential Functions:
Support procurement and supply chain business operations through the effective use of enterprise procurement applications and ERP systems.
Analyze procurement workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
Partner with procurement, supply chain, IT, finance, and business stakeholders to support application enhancements and operational initiatives.
Assist with system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and user acceptance activities.
Provide functional support for procurement applications, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolutions.
Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Support change management initiatives, user training, and adoption of new business processes and technologies.
Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and recommend best practices.
Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic procurement and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, purchasing, or procurement systems.
Strong functional knowledge of procurement and supply chain business processes.
Experience supporting enterprise procurement applications and ERP systems.
Experience with SAP, Coupa, and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
Experience supporting process improvement, business transformation, or enterprise system implementation initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
