Primary Care Physician – Hollywood, FL
\n COMPENSATION: Salary $250k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Role:

• Compensation: Base $250k
\n
• Bonus: Up to 20k year 1 and goes up as a partner.
\n
• Partnership: No Buy-in.
\n
• 18-22 patients a day
\n
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
\n
• Work/Life Balance
\n
• Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
\n
• Administrative time included in schedule
\n
• No nights or In-Hospital Call
\n
• 100% outpatient
\n
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
\n
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
\n
• Value Based Care

Requirements:

\n
• Residency Trained IM/FM
\n
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
