Job Title
Provides processing, operational, and administrative support to Investment Relationship Managers of U.S. Bancorp Investment Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees daily operations, coordinates with team members to ensure project milestones are met, and maintains accurate documentation for all activities.
Additional Duties
Troubleshooting issues, implementing process improvements, and supporting the team in achieving departmental goals. Adaptability and attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this role.
Daily Operational Tasks
Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with team members to facilitate collaboration and meet project deadlines.
Documentation Maintenance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all activities and processes.
Issue Resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during operations, providing effective solutions.
Process Improvements
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
Departmental Support
Support the department in achieving organizational goals and objectives.
Professional Communication
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
Adaptability and Attention to Detail
Demonstrate adaptability and attention to detail in all responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Five or more years of investment industry experience preferred. FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and 65/or 66 registrations and life, variable life, health and disability licenses Preferred Skills/Experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically with investment advisory and brokerage services, internal policies, procedures, and all associated regulatory requirements. Experience with the policies, processes and procedures of the brokerage industry, FINRA and SEC regulatory standards and all applicable regulatory bodies, ensuring regulatory standards are met. Has a deep understanding of the Wealth Management Advisor's business model, needs and key drivers as well as the sales process. Considerable knowledge of internal administrative, compliance and operational procedures. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, follow-up and relationship building skills.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
