Lead AI Engineer / Data Scientist - Agentic & Computer Vision Solutions

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead AI Engineer / Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Computer Vision, and production-grade machine learning solutions . Key Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions
Build and deploy Computer Vision models for image/video analysis
Develop LLM-based applications using RAG, vector databases, and AI agents
Fine-tune and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
Build scalable AI/ML pipelines and production deployment frameworks
Work with PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and Vision Transformers
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and microservices
Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of AI solutions
Mentor AI/ML engineers and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
Implement MLOps practices for model monitoring, versioning, and deployment

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Generative AI / Large Language Models
Agentic AI / AI Agents
Computer Vision
Deep Learning
PyTorch / TensorFlow
OpenCV
Vision Transformers
RAG / Vector Databases
LangChain / LlamaIndex
Model Fine-Tuning / Prompt Engineering
Machine Learning / Data Science
REST APIs / Microservices
Docker / Kubernetes
AWS / Azure / GCP
MLOps and production AI deployment

Preferred Skills

Experience with multimodal AI models
Experience building enterprise GenAI applications
Strong solution architecture and technical leadership experience
Experience with distributed data processing and large-scale AI systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
