Admiral Health & Rehab is under new managment and is now a Vierra Communities property! We are are seeking a Receptionist to for everyother weekend. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and employees, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel. By performing these duties with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, the Receptionist supports smooth daily operations and enhances overall office productivity. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the positive image and operational efficiency of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with office software and copy machines.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
• Assist with administrative support tasks to facilitate smooth office operations.

Skills:

The required skills such as managing multiple phone lines and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette are essential for handling high call volumes and ensuring callers receive timely and accurate assistance. Receptionist duties and general office tasks require strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain an efficient and orderly work environment. Proficiency with copy machines and other office equipment supports the smooth execution of daily administrative functions. Greeting guest professionally helps establish a positive first impression and fosters a welcoming atmosphere. Together, these skills enable the Receptionist to effectively support both internal teams and external visitors, contributing to overall office productivity and client satisfaction.
