THE POSITION

Location: Fully remote (California-licensed) | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available We offer full-time, W2 employed opportunities for independently licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 25 hours per week and build from there.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

QUALIFICATIONS

Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records Medicare billing experience a plus - we handle it either way #J-18808-Ljbffr Openkrill
