We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse. Rate: $28.06 per hour. Part‑Time and Perdiem only. Job Summary Periodically review the resident's discharge plan and participate in its updating as needed. Complete accident/incident reports for submission to the Nursing Department by the end of your shift. Make daily rounds of your unit to ensure nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments. Inform nursing personnel of new admissions, expected arrival time, room assignment, etc. Participate in orientation of new residents/family members to the facility. Arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services as ordered by the physician. Notify the resident's attending physician and family member when there is a change in the resident's condition. Qualifications Current licensure in Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Current BLS certification. One year experience as a staff nurse in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or other medical care facility with at least 6 months supervisory experience.
