TRAINING SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Chief of Naval Operations of NAVAVNWARDEVCEN. Responsibilities You will be responsible for curriculum development and compliance with Joint Mission Task Lists (JMTL), compliance with the JTAC initial and recurring qualification processes. You will be responsible for development and publication of textbooks, maintenance of NAWDC Joint Close Air Support (JCAS) Division website, monitoring academic and field training systems, evaluation of training, and support JTAC tactical development. You will track, manage, and serve as a point of contact for supply requisitions and physical security matters. You will provide overall administration and coordination of the JTAC curriculum and courseware. You will serve as a point of contact for physical security matters, tracking and management of supply requisitions, and management of COMSEC materials. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing analysis of instructional systems and programs; designing, developing, and implementing training curriculum and materials; and conducting training evaluations. For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coordinating and organizing instructional systems and programs; assisting in designing, developing, and implementing training curriculum and materials; and conducting training evaluations.
