Taylor Robinson Music’s motto, "Learn to Play From the Heart", guides our instruction. We are looking for private music instructors, especially for Piano, who share this philosophy and can deliver lessons in student homes, their own homes or rehearsal spaces, or via webcam. Most students prefer in‑person lessons, so local instructors in the Memphis, TN area who are willing to travel are preferred. Responsibilities Conduct private music lessons, adapting to individual student needs and schedules. Provide lesson plans and curriculum tailored to each student’s goals. Schedule lessons independently while maintaining clear communication with students and the office. Ensure a safe learning environment: wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing as required. Maintain accurate lesson records and manage student retention. Qualifications Formal music training is not mandatory but a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is required. Excellent communication skills and punctuality. Ability to work independently and manage travel to students’ homes or local venues.
