Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through our  INBOUND   CALLS via our marketing campaigns
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products that meet individual client requirements
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to secure optimal agreements for clients while aligning with company guidelines
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and updating client information in CRM systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims processes

Qualifications

• Must Have Valid 2-40/2-15/2-18 STATE INSURANCE LICENSE
• Proven success in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
• Experience with sales administration tools and CRM software for managing client data efficiently
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and benefits administration processes is advantageous
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset; adaptable to fast-changing priorities
