Warehouse Associate – 2nd ShiftLocation: Goodyear, AZ – 303 & Indian School Rd Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $20.00/hourPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily receiving, shipping, picking, packaging, and inventory operations. This position works in both inbound and outbound areas of the warehouse and requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.Associates may use RF scanners, banding equipment, stretch-wrap machines, and other warehouse tools to prepare products for storage and shipment.ResponsibilitiesUnload incoming products and prepare materials for receivingPick and prepare orders for outbound shipmentPackage, crate, bundle, band, and stretch-wrap products as neededUse RF scanners to accurately process and track materialsPerform inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracyReport damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies to managementKeep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and properly storedFollow proper lifting and material-handling proceduresAttend required safety meetings and trainingFollow OSHA, MSDS, and company safety proceduresReport workplace injuries or safety concerns immediatelyPerform additional warehouse duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, or inventory experience preferredRF scanner experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsDependable with a strong work ethicReliable transportation to the Goodyear areaHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to pass required pre-employment screenings, including drug test and background checkPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniquesAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to frequently bend, twist, stoop, squat, crouch, and reach above shoulder levelComfortable physically handling warehouse materials and equipmentNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
