As our firm expands, we have an opportunity for a seasoned Tax Director, looking to make an impact, who will be responsible for growing and serving our Cincinnati tax clients. Qualifications: Active CPA license 10+ years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4, large national, or regional accounting firm Experience with executing the strategy and plans to grow a practice through expansion of services to existing clients and obtaining new clients. Exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements. Demonstrated ability to motivate and empower people and teams. Excellent and enthusiastic ability to build and maintain relationships, engage others, and establish connections. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
