Location Magna, Utah Responsibilities Develop and implement reliability strategies to enhance equipment performance and lifespan. Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify underlying issues. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize maintenance and operational procedures. Monitor and analyze equipment data to predict potential failures and schedule preventive actions. Create detailed reports and documentation to support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of engineering principles and maintenance practices. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to interpret technical data and utilize reliability software tools.
