Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Field-based reimbursement manager supporting oncology providers in Chicago or Detroit. Educates healthcare providers on patient access programs, specialty pharmacy networks, and reimbursement processes while maintaining relationships with key accounts and tracking payer trends.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs and specialty pharmacy access options
• Communicate payer policies, coding changes, and claims submission processes to providers
• Collaborate with internal oncology stakeholders on key account management
• Track and report payer trends to Patient Services and account teams
• Establish and maintain provider relationships within assigned territory

Requirements

• Oncology or hematology-oncology experience with physician-administered therapies and buy-and-bill products
• Demonstrated knowledge of coverage, coding, billing, prior authorization, and payer policies
• Technical proficiency in Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics
• HCIR credentialing eligibility and ability to maintain healthcare facility access requirements
• Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
• Territory and account management skills
