Real Estate Agent – Buyer Seller Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Follow up promptly on company-provided buyer and seller leads.
2. Schedule and conduct property showings, meet clients, and host open houses across the local market.
3. Consult with buyers and sellers, negotiate contracts, and zealously represent clients through every stage of the transaction.
4. Consistently nurture lead pipelines to turn conversations into appointments and closings.
5. Maintain flexibility for extensive weekend hours to support client schedules and market demand.

Qualifications Requirements

1. Active Georgia Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in the 75-hour pre-licensing course).
2. Full-time availability for training, client management, and property showings.
3. High level of self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
4. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
5. Coachable mindset with a commitment to long-term success and team collaboration.
6. Reliable transportation and smartphone.
