As the business scales, we are building out the accounting team and adding a Staff Accountant to support the close and strengthen our day-to-day processes. Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and accruals as part of the monthly close Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting documentation Support revenue and deferred revenue schedules, including billing and contract data Process accounts payable, expense reports, and corporate card transactions Maintain prepaid, accrual, and fixed asset schedules Prepare recurring reports and assist with flux analysis for leadership Support the annual audit by preparing requested schedules and documentation Help improve close processes, system workflows, and documentation as the company scales Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience Understanding of GAAP, journal entries, and account reconciliation Strong Excel skills Experience working in an ERP or accounting system such as NetSuite Bachelor's degree in Accounting Interested in hearing more?
