Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple active projects. Coordinate field personnel, project managers, supervisors, and support teams. Monitor project schedules, labor requirements, productivity, and resource allocation. Ensure work is completed according to safety, quality, and operational standards. Identify workflow issues and implement process improvements. Support workforce planning and scheduling. Monitor project performance and operational KPIs. Assist with managing subcontractors, vendors, and material requirements. Work with leadership to improve efficiency and profitability. Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Address operational risks, delays, and performance issues. Promote strong communication between office and field teams. Support training and development of supervisors and operational staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
