RN - Registered Nurse Pediatric Float Pool

$45–$47/hour

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team , providing high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ .

As a member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients successfully transition to care in the home setting. You’ll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care while supporting a variety of complex clinical needs and collaborating with families and the care team to promote safe, effective, and comfortable home-based care.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Qualifications for Transition Registered Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Registered Nurse
• NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County
