Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional independence and quality of life
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective resident care
• Educate residents and family members on therapeutic techniques and home programs as appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active New Hampshire state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation and compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
