Automotive - Collision Estimator

Position Summary C&D Auto Body is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of estimating experience and be a collaborative team player dedicated to enhancing our organization's growth. Responsibilities Participate in strategic projects that will shape the future of the company Meet with adjusters and maintain insurance/DRP relationships Write and properly administer direct repair orders Prepare final billing for completed repair orders Prepare estimates in a timely manner Write competitive estimates Monitor work in process repairs Order parts as needed Perform additional duties as required Maintain daily customer updates Maintain constant communication with technicians and production staff Qualifications Minimum 3 years of estimating experience (CCCOne preferred) Proficiency in Spanish is preferred Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Work Days: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed Location: In person (College Park, MD 20740, required for commute) Benefits 401(k) with matching Company parties Competitive salary Employee discounts Free food & snacks Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Profit sharing Training & development Wellness resources Employee assistance program Professional development assistance Referral program Retirement plan #J-18808-Ljbffr C&D Auto Body
