We have a position open for a Mail Order/Customer Service Operator (Seasonal) at our Hilo location.Primary responsibilities include:Deliver exceptional service to all of our customers, uphold company Quality Standards, and represent the company in a professional and positive manner;Answer incoming telephone calls, and emails, to assist customers with their orders;Field customer questions through phone and email;Make outgoing telephone calls and send emails in order to correspond with customers as needed, regarding, but not limited to, updates about an order, customer issues, etc.Assist with other duties as assigned.Skills, qualifications and attributes include:Have excellent customer service skills;Work well independently as well as part of a team to meet operational goals;Must be able to read, write and speak English;Possess basic math skills.Have previous computer experience;Must be able to work in a limited-space work environment.Working Hours:Monday - Friday Call Center hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 pm (various day shifts) starting late September or early October. Weekend shifts: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. will be available starting mid-November.Extended hours and shift changes may be required during peak seasons (November and December) to meet deadlines or due to operational needs.
