Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license (or ability to obtain) in Alabama
- Prior emergency medicine or urgent care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven ED setting
