Coordinate cash and securities movements, including investment funding and proceeds, with appropriate approvals and verification. Administer investment subscription paperwork and support related identity verification and due diligence processes. Work with financial institutions and investment service providers to resolve processing issues. Coordinate documentation and account requests with clients’ legal and financial advisors. Maintain organized records and facilitate delivery of tax reporting materials. Collaborate with investment, accounting, and operations colleagues while adhering to established compliance procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field required. Fluency in written and spoken Spanish required. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to client service. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. Ability to manage concurrent priorities and exercise discretion with sensitive financial information.
