Principal Product Manager, Tech Lead

Salary: $90,100 - 199,500 per year Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in cloud computing
- Proven experience across the complete product lifecycle, from conception to market launch
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, or statistics
- Over 4 years of collaboration with engineering teams in either technical product, program management, or software engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes, along with basic exposure to Generative AI applications
- Masters degree in computer science, information systems, or business (preferred)
- Identify feature gaps and innovation prospects by analyzing the current sales process
- Document ideas and present them to leadership teams to bring products to market and achieve product-market fit
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for products within OCI AI Incubations offerings
- Manage partner relationships and drive adoption of partner products in OCI
- Oversee the product feature backlog and motivate technical teams to ensure high-quality execution of deliverables
- Champion our product by devising a go-to-market strategy and coordinating with Marketing, Architects, and field teams to ensure success
