The ideal candidate has a passion for boating or the marine industry, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. This role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote boat sales, service offerings, and seasonal promotions
• Manage online presence, including website updates, social media content, and digital advertising campaigns
• Conduct customer outreach, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales collateral
• Assist in organizing events, boat shows, and community engagements
• Track marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
• Maintain a deep understanding of the marine market and competitor offerings

Qualifications
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (marine industry experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms

What You’ll Do
