The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, providing managerial support, and supervising clinical staff. Key responsibilities include: Creating and enforcing staffing plans to meet patient care needs. Leading nursing staff development through training and evaluations. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for efficient patient care. Ensuring quality of care and adherence to regulatory standards. Performing RN duties as needed and mentoring new staff. Requirements include a BSN (MSN preferred), 3+ years of inpatient psychiatric management experience, and an active RN license in IN.
