Employee Health & Infection Prevention Nurse Shift Information Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Overview The Employee Health & Infection Prevention Nurse will focus on promoting health and safety in the workplace through proactive measures and adherence to infection control protocols. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe environment for all employees and attending to their health needs. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees.
- Develop and implement infection prevention policies and procedures.
- Provide education on health and safety practices to staff.
- Monitor and report incidents of infection or communicable diseases within the organization.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive employee health services.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing role.
- Strong understanding of infection control practices and employee health services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
