OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Wells, VT by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Based in Wells, VT, you'll operate solo OTR dry-van freight across the country, delivering dependable service on national lanes. HMD equips drivers with late-model tractors that include sleepers, APUs and inverters, plus in-house maintenance support to maximize uptime and comfort.

What you'll do:

• Run assigned OTR dry van routes, manage secure load handling and on-time deliveries.
• Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report mechanical needs to maintenance.
• Coordinate with dispatch on routing, delivery windows, and load details.
