Accenture’s Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks a Workforce Design Lead to steer the people change agenda as AI is deployed within the pod’s scope. The role owns the workforce transition strategy and ensures the human side of transformation lands alongside technology. You are a strategic leader with deep Life Sciences expertise and a proven track record in consulting, BD, and executive-level stakeholder management.
