This role contributes to sales goal attainment for department and organization goals, primarily by identifying members' product and service needs. Learned established processes and procedures provide a prescribed list of solutions for any member issues encountered. With no budgetary responsibilities, this role provides banking services, facilitates member transactions, promotes Members 1st and its services/customer service and supports general branch office operations and processing. Requirements to be considered for Teller III Level: Minimum of 3 years of retail banking or credit union experience including cash handling, customer service experience, and an understanding of financial services regulatory policies and compliance. Minimum of 2 years of financial experience identifying and promoting products and services to meet member/customer needs.Does this position require a valid Drivers License? This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location.
