Responsibilities Set the direction for complex products to achieve business and financial objectives Monitor market and technology trends to inform your strategy Proactively integrate AI capabilities into the roadmap Define KPIs to measure performance Establish an aspirational vision for the end-to-end user experience Identify emerging market shifts to inform long-term roadmaps and maintain a competitive advantage Utilize KPI data to drive iterative product improvements Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for products within a portfolio Influence the long‑term strategies of related products Capitalize on emerging market trends to create new growth and innovation opportunities Orchestrate a broad ecosystem of internal teams, external SaaS vendors, and academic partners through integrated platform strategies and API management Influence senior leadership and key external partners Lead initiatives to improve product management processes and tools Coach team members on effective stakeholder communication Champion a strong product culture rooted in customer‑centricity, data‑informed decision‑making, and continuous learning Focus on the long‑term strategic growth of a significant business area by connecting product performance to broader business outcomes Guide the overarching optimization strategy Develop multi‑year financial forecasts and strategic plans in collaboration with operations leads Requirements 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams Bachelor's degree (Master's, PhD preferred) Strong understanding of the product discovery and development lifecycle Familiarity with GxP, FAIR data principles, and data privacy regulations (GDPR) Understanding of modern software architecture (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud platforms) Familiarity with data science and AI/ML concepts is required Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and align diverse groups (scientists, engineers, executives) towards a common goal Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of engineering managers and/or product managers #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
